Wellness Ministry

Wellness ministry enables members to celebrate their culture, traditions and life ethics that binds them together as a godly community with an end goal of achieving a “healthy lifestyle” Through the proven ways of discipline, dedication and hard work towards weight management and lifestyle modification.

Sports Program

The sports program is aimed at promoting and discovering new talent as well as providing grounds for healthy leisure time and social circle. There is a galore of indoor and outdoor sports facilities and program in place i.e. Table tennis, pool table, darts, board games, stall games, swimming pool, basketball, soccer and volleyball.

Fitness Program

The program focuses on the physical wellness of the members and the community around the church. We believe that the church is made of individuals, therefore, healthy bodies contribute to a healthier body of Christ – the Church. Mamlaka Hill Chapel offers a wide range of fitness classes throughout the week from Monday to Friday. These include: Zumba, Pilates, Tae-Bo, High and low intensity interval training, Outdoor boot camp, Aqua/water Aerobics and healthy workout habits.

Wellness Camps

As a way of creating awareness on lifestyle disease preventions and healthy living every day, we do organize wellness camps occasionally through the wellness ministry. These camps include health talks, screenings and workshops.
